Shipping Policy

Shipping times, fees, and availability are subject to change without notice. While we strive to process and ship orders in a timely manner, VQ Spa Products is not responsible for delays caused by external factors, including but not limited to inclement weather, carrier issues, customs processing, or supply chain disruptions.

Order Processing and Shipping Time

Orders are processed as quickly as possible, but processing times may vary depending on order volume and product availability. Estimated shipping times provided at checkout are only estimates and are not guaranteed. VQ Spa Products does not assume responsibility for delays once the order has been shipped.

Shipping Carriers and Liability

We use third-party shipping carriers to fulfill all deliveries. Once an order has left our facility and is in the carrier’s possession, we are no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Any issues that arise during transit must be addressed directly with the carrier. Customers are encouraged to monitor their tracking information and contact the carrier for any delivery concerns.

Address Accuracy and Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. VQ Spa Products is not liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned due to an address error, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the order. We strongly recommend verifying shipping details before completing the purchase.

No Refunds on Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If an order is returned due to refusal, failure to collect the package, or an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, additional charges may apply. VQ Spa Products is not responsible for refunding shipping costs in such cases.

International Shipping

At this time, VQ Spa Products may or may not offer international shipping, depending on current business policies. If international shipping is available, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country’s authorities. Any customs-related delays are beyond our control, and we encourage international customers to check with their local customs office before placing an order.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

While we take care in packaging and handling orders, VQ Spa Products is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. If a package arrives damaged, customers should file a claim with the shipping carrier. In cases where a package is marked as “delivered” but not received, customers must resolve the issue directly with the carrier.

Changes and Cancellations

Once an order has been processed, changes or cancellations may not be possible depending upon the condition of the item, if the original seal is intact, or other factors. If a modification or cancellation is needed, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate requests but cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
